From an Indiana barn through a complete restoration in 2018, this 17' Chris-Craft Sportsman runabout is in excellent condition, top-to-bottom and stem-to-stern. New sapela mahogany foredeck, gunnels and transom. Bottom re-screwed and sealed, seams caulked, and three coats of bottom paint and one of bronze paint applied. Bilges cleaned and painted with bilge paint. All hardware re-chromed. New windshield. New cushions and upholstery on all-new marine seat frames. New bilge pump, horn, stern pole with flag and bow pole with pennant. Model K engine completely re-bored and rebuilt with new bearings rod and crank, new valve seats, intake and exhaust. Resurfaced cylinder heads. Period correct carburetor, distributor, fuel pump and generator. Reconditioned starter. New 750 cc battery.
