This is a Canoe stern Launch by an Unknown Builder which is believed to be built anywhere from the 1890's -1910. It could have been a Fay & Bowen, a Pioneer, a Skaneatles or a Niagara. Many builders built boat similar to this which would have had a 1 or 2 cylinder engine. It would make a perfect project to restore this type of boat. It was taken apart in order to replace some of the ribs and the project was commenced but never finished. The boat has a rudder and a shaft log but the boat was light in hardware. It is priced very favorably at $ 1500 with the thought that the next owner will benefit from a neat example of a boat from this period.
