A 14 foot Flat Back Skiff owned by Ralph Earl brother to George Earl who was the Governor of Pennsylvania at one time. This boat came off of Camp Bullpout on Upper St. Regis Lake. It was later sold to Raplh Burger President and Chairman of A&P. Very nice flat back skiff ready for a small outboard. 14' flat back skiff originally owned by Ralph Earle, brother to George Howard Earle, Governor of Pennsylvania. The boat was stored at Mr. Earle's Great Camp, "Camp Bullpout" on Upper St. Regis Lake in the Adirondacks. Mr. Earle used the boat regularly with a small outboard motor for his boating pleasure. The boat was then acquired by Mr. and Mrs. Ralph W. Burger. Mr. Burger was President and Chairman of the Board of the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company (A&P) and would later become President/CEO of the John A. Hartford Foundation.
