16 Feet 1956 Shepherd Ski Bee
Purchased in Upstate New York in 2009 with engine that did not run. Had the engine rebuilt in Auburn, IN by a shop that rebuilds antique engines and it runs like new with approximately 40 hours on the engine since the rebuild. Upholstery, linoleum and all interior is in excellent condition. Chrome and all bright work in excellent condition with no pitting. Has it's original gauges, spotlights and flag with mooring light. Exterior finish needs attention but the wood is sound.

16 Feet 1960 Shepherd Outboard
I am the third owner of this original Shepherd, boathouse kept for many years in Canada then barn stored by a collector. I keep it in a boathouse all summer and the bottom does not leak. The engine was changed in 1975 for the Chrysler for the power tilt. WE applied fresh varnish and paint last season. Interior is original and in excellent condition. The chrome has some light pitting. Also included in the sale is a spare 75 HP Chrysler Outboard motor.

19 Feet 1964 Shepherd Model 401 Runabout
Shepherd Boats of the 1960's were very stylish with plush interiors, plenty of chrome, a full cluster of gauges, and integrated scoops in the deck design! This 1964 Model-401 has been nicely restored. The 275hp Buick Nailhead is a good runner and has had electronic ignition installed. All wiring redone and a new (as-original) interior installed in 2012. The finish is in very nice condition and the boat is ready to be enjoyed!

This 1954 Shepherd Sedan is a very original boat that has been keep in Lake of Bays since day 1! She is powered by a stout 331cid Chrysler Hemi V8 engine. Hull is entirely original with regular maintenance always performed over the years. Engine was rebuilt in the 1980's and has been a reliable runner each season. Upholstery and windshield were replaced in 2006. Splash rails and related planking replaced at this time as well. All chrome has been replated and the boat would show very well with some fresh finish work!

This is a fine and rare lodge boat. Great rough water design with high freeboard. She is very strong, stable, and dry. Seats up to 10 passengers. It was recently used as a tour boat by a 5 star resort inn. The boat is very original and correct, ready to be enjoyed with nothing else to add. Boathouse kept, well maintained to high standards with 2 different annual inspections by Canadian Marine DOT for commercial passenger duty. Remodeled interior seats and topsides using classy white & turquoise color leatherette. Much like the '57 Cadillac seats ribbing style with white anti skid floor. Winter 09; the bottom and hull were totally stripped and redone with high quality varnish and anti fouling paint. Motor, V-drive, and reverse gear also rebuilt, new bearings throughout. I got this to make a playhouse for my grandkids. Then after some research I realized that it is a treasured boat when restored. It is in rough condition but everything seems to be there including the drive train. Shepherd's largest production runabout model! The 27' Shepherd Runabout was built for entertaining and handling the rough waters of Lake Ontario. Beautifully mahogany planking over white oak framework. She went through an extensive, well documented restoration approximately 10 years ago. Always well maintained and varnish was freshened up in 2015. Twin Chrysler Crown 115hp engines power the boat reliably and have plenty of power to get her up on plane. This amazing craft has been [painstakingly restored and is Hull # 13 in the first series of 27 Foot Shepherds built with a 9 foot 6 inch beam. The twin Hemi engines were just overhauled including the Chrysler V- Drive transmissions. The sides have been refastened and the bottom is in solid overall condition. 15 coats of Epiphane varnish complete the boat along with a windlass, a custom built mahogany swim platform and bubinga and teak grating on the floor in the boat.
