This Higgins is a very rare 3 row seating in cockpit Utility. She is completely restored including the engine original to the boat. Bottom is double 8 mm Aksumite plywood set in West system epoxy. Sides and deck are double 4 mm Aksumite plywood set in West System epoxy. Interior floor is gray marbled vinyl. Upholstery is white vinyl with red piping. All engine components and instruments have been rebuilt or restored. The electrical system has been converted to 12 volts. The only thing changed on the boat from original is we added a beautiful mahogany windshield rather the the curved frameless plexiglass.

Very clean 17' Sportsman that was completely restored in 2021-2022. Restoration includes a West No-Soak bottom. All bottom planks were set in west system epoxy and then painted copper bronze. It is a Lovely Classic Sea Bright, NJ mahogany built boat. This is a Sea Bright Skiff style boat This boat will delight anybody who meets it at the dock, sees it on the water, or gets a ride in it. Note the beautiful brass detail "Zobel" and "SeaFox" on the stern! Extensive renovation has been completed between 2005 to present by Gannon and Benjamin,Martha's Vineyard and Two River Boat Works, Fair Haven,NJ. and today is in excellent structural condition. Replacement of the bow/stem, ribs, planking, transom, windshield, console, seats, deck, etc. It is fitted with a V6 Crusader, and comes with a very nice double axle aluminum trailer. It is a simple boat which allows inspection of every structural detail and also makes it very inexpensive to maintain the systems as compared to a fiberglass boat. Over $50,000 has been invested in this boat. Zobel's Sea Skiff and Yacht Works was incorporated in Sea Bright in the 1940's and were a well respected boatbuilder. We purchased our 1960 Chris-Craft Sportsman in April 2006 being the third owners, as a project. In the winter of 2007 the bottom was replaced with a “no-soak” system. Also the seats and engine cover were recovered. In 2008 we sanded, re-stained and varnished (several coats), the bow, sides and stern. Next the inside planks were removed refinished and varnished in 2010. Finally in 2012 the sides and stern were light sanded and coated with several coats of varnish. In the Fall of 2023, the propeller shaft was replaced along with the propeller refurbished. Additionally, the engine was re-aligned. This spring the water-pump and generator were rebuilt. The boat is in good “user” condition and has been trailered to the various Finger Lakes in Upstate New York each year in the summer. It has been stored inside winters and in summer when not being used. Included are original owner's manuals for the boat and engine. This is an exceptional little gem at a very attractive price!

Exceptionally clean 1956 Coronado. The 1956 Century Coronado was the ideal luxury boat with an addition of immense speed. This boat was completely restored in 2013 with 80% new wood. This boat has a traditional 5200 new bottom, all new chrome and gauges, new windshield, Rayco gas tank, and A&A new interior. The boat also has a complete new top that was made for it. Along with the boat, there is a tandem axle roadworthy trailer and full cover. The engine is a Graymarine V-8 engine, 225 horsepower with a downdraft carburetor, and a velvet drive transmission. This is a very well restored, clean boat that is ready for a show or for fun on the water.

We are the third owner of this St. Lawrence River Boat. Boat was last operated in the summer of 2019. Upon pulling the boat that year, the engine was pulled and delivered to Van Ness Engineering in New Jersey where it went through a lengthy and complete rebuild. The Gray Marine Model 100, 226 cid., 6-cylinder engine was completed in summer of 2023. It has not been reinstalled. The motor was converted from 6-volt to 12-volt. Boat and motor are in dry storage (motor in heated storage). Boat includes a custom loadmaster Trailer purchased new in 2017. Boat is in good shape. It has had some hull and transom work (2017-18) and could use some work on the windshield. I have the original boat user manual and all paperwork on the trailer purchase and engine rebuild.

This has to be one of the most beautiful example of a Duke Playmate in the world. It is a 1937 18’ Duke Playmate. It was built in Port Carling, Ontario. It was completely restored over the winter of 2010/2011 by Frontier Classics. The original F.L. Buchanan Midget 25 HP was restored by C.D.’S Engine and rewired in the exact original cloth wiring. It comes with a custom trailer and new full canvas cover. This boat is 99% original and has won several awards to prove it. This 1950 Hutchinson Sport Utility was built by Hutchinson Boatworks in Alexandria Bay, NY and has recently undergone significant restoration work. Extensive repairs to the frames, chines, and bottom completed by Sirens Boatworks, Merrickville, ON. Boat flipped, old caulking removed, bottom paint stripped and planking treated with CPES, caulked with 3M 5200 and soaked. Bottom primed and painted, prop and shaft removed, repaired, and cutlass bearing replaced. Rewired and converted to 12V with proper fuse block. Bilge pumps, fuel lines, fuel tank replaced. The engine was removed, gone through, and detailed. New water pump added. Gauges replaced. The boat was then varnished inside and out. New stainless steel hardware and cleats. This Hutchinson is ready to enjoy and can be offered with or without a trailer.

“Last One” is a 1970 22' Inboard Runabout Sleeper. She is one of the nicest Lymans out there and is the last (S-1146) in this very desirable model line. “Last One” was acquired in Ohio in 2016 and underwent an extensive above the waterline restoration in New Hampshire which included solid teak decks and complete interior refinishing. The hull sides were painted with Pettit “Grand Banks Beige.” She has correct Nautolex flooring and original chrome and instrumentation. The engine is the original Chrysler Marine V8-273 with electronic ignition rated at 210 HP. In 2022, the entire bottom including the stem and keelson was replaced by a Lyman expert in Alexandria Bay, New York. During the season, she is kept in a boat port and in cold, dry storage off-season. She has a Sunbrella custom-made full cover in Royal Blue Tweed. clean 17 Sportsman which went through a full restoration in 2017/18. At that time the bottom was refastened, transom was replaced, rear deck was replaced, multiple side planks replaced, and a full refinish. Engine is an older rebuild and runs very well. Comes on a single axle trailer.

This boat has been meticulously restored to as close to original or better condition as possible. From stem to stern, bottom to top deck inside and out no detail has been overlooked. A new 5200 double bottom using 1/16 Marine plywood 7/16 African mahogany. White oak was used to replace transom bow, main and sub frames s stem, gripe, keel and battens. All hull material was replaced with book matched African mahogany 1/2” planks. Sandusky Century stain was used on hall mahogany. At least 15 coats of Epifanes varnish was applied. Every piece of lumber that was replaced on this boat was treated with Smith’s clear penetrating epoxy sealant where appropriate. Three coats of bilge paint were applied. CPES was applied to bottom mahogany. That was followed with Interlux 2000E bottom epoxy primer. This one-owner boat was purchased at Reiman's Marine in Conneaut Lake, PA in 1962. It was stored for the last time in 1979 and sat for close to 30 years. The boat was a candidate for restoration. The motor was completely frozen which required a complete overhaul. Boat power is 352 cu.in. Interceptor V-8 with 240 HP. Everything in and on this motor has either been replaced or rebuilt. The Velvet Drive transmission has been totally overhauled. All drivetrain components are new, including shaft, log, shaft, and connecting parts from H&H Smith in Algonac, MI. Gauges were sent to Mark Clawson. He cleaned, re-calibrated, and/or rebuilt every Stewart-Warner gauge. There are less than three hours on the hour gauge since the restoration. The interior is completely new with premium marine grade vinyl, and foam was used in the restoration. Nautolex material was used to replace the flooring. All chrome pieces were at Qual-Krom in Erie, PA. Stainless components were polished by Bruce Dale in Hubbard, OH. This is now a better than factory new. It is a turnkey boat waiting for a new owner.

This is a very rare Duke which bears Hull # 16. The boat went through a 5-year restoration and went back in the water in 2012. The boat has a new epoxy "no-soak" bottom, new ribs and new side planks. The engine was re-built with new wiring. The boat is virtually brand new and ready to go needing nothing. These Canadian boats are very desirable and are rarely seen in this condition.

Nice, fully restored Coronado. Came out of a collection of Classic Glass boats a couple years back. Very clean, attractive, mid-sized Lyman Utility completely restored in 2020. Four planks replaced, ribs repaired, bilge cleaned and painted, repacked stuffing box, new cutlass bearing, and new exhaust hoses. Mahogany transom and decks fore and aft all stripped, sanded and re-varnished with 8 coats. Sides sanded, epoxied and painted with 4 coats. All hardware removed and re-chromed. The varnish gleams and the sides shine. The upholstery is impeccable. The engine runs smoothly and the trailer is road-ready. We purchased the boat in September, 2015 and have been using it each summer since then. The information we received from the seller indicates that it was originally delivered in 1968 to Minnetonka Boat Works in Wayzata, MN. The records indicate that the engine is a 327 with 210 horsepower. The seller also claimed that work exceeding $18,000 had been done, but there were no details about that work. A previous owner removed the original cuddy, but as you can see from the pictures, it does not look chopped up. Essentially, he created a large open boat for day cruising, which is exactly how we have enjoyed it for the last several years. We have it on a lift in Lake Minnetonka in the summer and it is stored indoors in the winter. We invested in a complete strip down to the wood and repaint of the lap strake sides and a stain and varnish refinishing of the transom (although the transom finish is starting to weather). We also had the carb and starter rebuilt and a new fuel pump installed. The engine runs well and it cruises along pretty well when it gets up on plane. There is no speedometer so I can't tell you how fast it goes. It holds 10-12 comfortably as it has a 10-ft beam. It handles waves extremely well, including running through wake-surf boat wakes at speed. The trailer was purchased in 2016 and has been used sparingly. The boat appears to be structurally sound in general. The bottom is ok but could probably use some caulking and sealing in places, particularly where it meets the transom. There are a couple of floor and/or floor support pieces that could be replaced where the wood is starting to deteriorate, but we use it as-is now with no immediate problems. Some cushion covers are ripped, but useable (filling is not falling out). The engine runs really well. If it sits more than a few days, it usually requires priming some gas directly into the carb, but after ignition it runs fine and will re-start without issue. We have used the boat every year including this summer.

This 1966 Lyman Sleeper has been fully restored and is in very nice condition overall. A significant amount of plank work and ribs completed by the previous owner. Transom replaced, new Rayco fuel tank installed in 2014. Full bimini top, side curtains, full cover all in nice condition. Swim platform, all upholstery replaced. This is a very clean 25' Lyman that is sound structurally and mechanically. Ready to enjoy this season! “Perfect Evening” is a two-owner boat whose first life was centered on a southern Vermont mountain lake. Since 2010, she has been kept on Lake George in the Adirondacks, always docked under a canopy, and stored in winter in a garage. Over the past several years, the boat has received attention through a local restoration shop. In mid-2018, the bottom was sanded 3 times and painted with 3 coats of copper bronze paint. The transom was stripped, sanded, bleached, stained, wood sealer was applied, followed by 10 coats of varnish. In December 2018 and January of 2019 the starboard side covering board was replaced along with sanding and re-varnishing of the decks and painting of the sides. In May of 2019, the engine had a complete tune up, including the rebuilding of both carburetors. A compression test was done on all cylinders: 1 - 110 psi, 2 - 140 psi, 3, 4 and 5 were at 130 psi and 6 was 120 psi. "Perfect Evening" is in generally very good condition and ready for her next owner.

1955 22’ Chris-Craft Continental – CL-22-105 with the original 200HP 331cu Chrysler Hemi M45S Engine. This boat runs great, is in good condition, seats 6+ people comfortably and is an excellent user boat. It has a 5200 adhesive bottom and trailer. There is a small crack in the windshield that can be easily replaced. This boat has been used a few times annually and has been kept out of the water in an in/out storage facility on the Fox River. It is currently located in Green Lake, WI.

This boat has been our family ride for more than 20 years. I built a new engine for it in 2007, using the original conversion. Some upgrades added: breakerless ignition, remote oil filter and more recent carburetor. Other accessories include 12v trim tabs and swim platform. In 2017 we fitted a complete new bottom. Mom's boat is strong, smooth and efficient. The kids are gone and we're going sailing!

I purchased this boat back in 2007 as a project when I owned Pecks Marina in Ivy Lea, ON, on the St. Lawrence River. It sat in my workshop until 2019 when I finally started working on her full restoration. I turned the boat over and put on an all-new 5200 bottom, then flipped her back to work on the top sides. All new mahogany decking, wiring, engine mounts, and flooring. Gas tank was steam cleaned and epoxy coated inside. Instruments are new as is the upholstery. Chrome was redone as well. The windshield unfortunately is a plastic replacement but glass can be obtained and installed. "Black & Tan" has only been in the water once last year and for 1 month so far this year (2023). The new engine is not yet fully broken in and needs to be run easily for another 10 hours. This boat is very stable and reliable with all systems being new. Varnish and paint all in very good condition.

Fully restored 22 Sportsman with 5200 bottom, sides and decks have been skinned and bonded to prevent plank movement. Has rare 3/4 seat in front of engine box. This is a unique and fun little Resorter with an interesting history that was featured on the cover of Century Boat Club “Thoroughbred Newsletter” No.119 – Summer 2010 Vol.31 No.2. It comes with a photo album documenting a complete rebuild in 1999-2000 using modern techniques with 3M 5200 in the traditional build method as when new. The boat has unique mahogany decking with all new bottom, sides, topsides and many ribs, and battens. So the boat is of modern construction in a traditional method that will last far longer than when new. Hull is very tight no-soak. It has been well maintained, used every summer over the last 10 years with 2 varnish refreshings and 2 bottom paintings during that time. The 289 Ford Interceptor engine was ‘marinized’ by Holman Moody of NASCAR fame with a Holman Moody intake manifold and Holly 4 barrel carburetor. Additionally the engine had a complete rebuild in 2013 including new heads, newly ground crankshaft and re-bored pistons with new piston rings, bearings, gaskets and seals. Receipts for this work are available. It comes with appropriate stern and bow flags, a rain shedding watertight mooring cover and an adequate road worthy trailer with new tires (Sept 2022), working lights and cool running hubs.

The original Duke was a 1961 My Dad`s mistress! Was rebuilt in the ~90`s by Ed Skinner at Duke Boats. About 7 years ago it needed a new bottom. Paul Brackley found me a 1958 hull he had newly redone. Same boat, but needed an engine etc. So Paul took everything important out of the `61 and put it into the `58 including reconfiguring it for a 6 cylinder and refitting the upholstery. The engine purrs like a kitten and barks like a Harley! She had a major tune up about 3 weeks ago. Everything always well maintained. I would let her go to a new home only because of my mobility issues.

This 1958 Century 21ft Coronado was fully restored and used rarely after the restoration. The varnish on the deck, hull sides and transom are in excellent condition. The fiberglass bottom is in excellent condition with no leaks. The plexiglass in the windshield is in very good condition. The upholstery and flooring are in excellent condition, looking brand new. The bilge is clean and in excellent condition as well.

"Twin Spin" is hull #3 out of the 48 26-foot Continentals made by Chris-Craft in 1956 and only 82 of these big utilities ever made by Chris-Craft between 1956 and 1959. "Twin Spin" was originally called "Allegro" by its initial purchaser, Dr. Clayton Stubbs; who was one of the wealthiest residents in Mount Clemens, Michigan, and could afford to purchase one of the first three Chris-Craft Continentals made with many special order items from the factory. The price he paid in 1955 was around $9,000, which equates to the price of an average house, or four new Chevrolet Bel Airs at that time. The boat is mostly original as per the original hull card. Some of the special order items from the factory which make this boat a standout are its full length instrument panel from port to starboard, with glove compartment and door, throttles together on port side of the steering wheel, hatch in the forward deck, amongst a number of other special order items as per the original equipment record from Chris-Craft. They are all are still on the boat today. "Twin Spin" was completely restored in Holland, Michigan around 2006, where the bottom was encased with a West Bottom system along with all the other bright work, engines, etc., being brought up to show standard. The work was commissioned and finished by Grand Craft in Holland, Michigan, one of the leading boat builders of mahogany boats in the USA with a reputation second to none. Since that time the boat has done less than 200 hours and has been kept and cared for as part of my collection. Making this boat even rarer and more sought after are its powerful twin MCL 175hp engines, which make cruising at 30 knots a breeze and achieving 40+ knots with ease as the engines purr in synchronization. The twin engines make docking and maneuvering easy in tight spots - along with making the skipper look like a true professional! A beautiful example built by Hacker Craft in 1946, this 22 Utility model has been nicely restored and maintained to a high degree. 3M 5200 no-soak bottom, Chrysler Royal straight-8 cylinder engine with low hours, Paragon hydraulic transmission, maintained by Van Dam boats previously. I purchased the boat in 2000 from second owner, completely restored and used often for 10 years nearly every weekend in fresh water lakes, towed to Florida several times to the St Johns River, Tennessee River in Alabama and Mississippi for wooden boat events. The boat is ready to launch now and is fully equipped for pleasure rides, river cruises, fishing and towing. Comfortably carries 4-6 people. I have cared for, maintained and kept stored safely out of the weather when not in use. It is sound and as all lap strake boats it does seep some water until fully swelled but not of any amount that the bilge pump cannot maintain. I upgraded the engine to modern power 1999 4.3 Mercruiser V6 and a new drive when I replaced the rotten transom. An original Lake George Lyman, sold new by Harris Bay Marina in 1962, this boat has had only had 3 owners. Over 1200 hours were spent on its 2018 restoration. A new Mercruiser 260HP V8 was installed, and all wiring and accessories were also replaced. During the restoration, several bottom planks were replaced, as well as any needed side planks and frames. The original Okume decks and gunwales were replaced with solid mahogany boards, now showing a deep shine. All of the original hardware was rechromed at a cost of over $6,000. This example has not only the highly desirable hardtop, but also has a large sliding sunroof; which has a recovered vinyl top and freshly varnished underside. The mahogany interior has been entirely refinished with 12 coats of varnish. The floors have been recovered with Nautolex. A 2022 refresh included new hull side paint, bottom paint and varnish and full tune up. The boat is berthed in an enclosed boathouse and has been lightly used on Lake George since its 2018 refurbishment and has ~200 hours since its restoration and new motor.

This is nice example of a well cared for user boat. The upholstery and exterior paint and varnish are in good condition. The engine runs great and is enjoyed by the owner every season. "Scooteroo" is a wonderful boat. Was flipped and stripped in Texas in 2008. 5200 no soak bottom and rebuilt motor. Varnish and all gauges and wiring was redone. Moved to Michigan at Gun Lake. For a decade and now Been in Newport Beach, California turning heads since 2018 with our family. Such a fun cruiser in the bay and in the ocean. Perfect day boat with plenty of room to walk around. One of 1186 Chris Craft U-18 "Sportsman" Deluxe Utilities built between 1947 and 1954. This model was a scaled-down version of the popular U-22 Sportsman model. Older restoration kept in nice overall condition. Bottom epoxied at the time of restoration and has held up well since that time. The original Chris Craft KL-105hp engine has been tuned up and runs strong. Varnish is slightly dull and ready for recoating in the near future, but this is a good entry-level classic that can be enjoyed this season.

The "Thoroughbred Breed" of boats, a 1949 19-foot Century Resorter, Hull # M33, with a convertible top sporting new canvas and ¼” fiberglass bottom up to the waterline (professionally done). This model featured a traditional wood hull, sheathed in fiberglass, which allowed Chris Craft to accentuate its modern styling elements. She was found as a very nicely preserved original boat and subsequently refinished professionally. I’ve had the boat for 6 years and it has been stored in a temp controlled warehouse and used a show piece. Original engine and all hardware, engine was inspected last year during routine service and carb was replaced. No other work has been performed other than that. Cranks on first turn and runs perfectly. Bottom flaking and needs to be repainted, but all other surfaces are solid.

My Chris-Craft arrived at Dockside Boatworks in Easton, MD in Nov 2017 to begin a total restoration of the hull. All new mahogany bottom, transom frames were followed by a 2-ply 5200 bottom and transom and 2 coats of epoxy bottom paint. New hand trimmed mahogany planks were glued with 5200 and screwed to new white oak battens. Boat was flipped and 2 coats of CC red paint applied to all interior wood services. The 2-ply deck seams were cleaned, caulked and received 12 coats of professionally applied varnish, along with the topsides and transom. Interior "ceiling" planks and floor boards were done by owner. A new marine-grade fuel tank was installed, and motor was re-installed in the boat. After the motor was installed in the boat and test run, some water was found in the bilge. This came from unseen micro cracks in the motor!! This began a complete tear-down and replacement of engine parts, including all new manifolds, block and a total rebuild! All problems were eventually fixed, and the boat performed well on its final video-recorded water test. [PRICE REDUCED TO $69,000 in May 2022 - motivated seller!]

Chris Craft built a total of 221 Continentals in the 20' length. The raked windshield, transom, and blond & mahogany color scheme epitomizes the 1950's Chris Craft styling. Topsides were varnished in 2021, fresh hull paint in 2021, new vinyl on interior ceiling boards and engine box, new bimini top and full canvas cover. The chrome in in good condition and the 283cid Chris Craft V8 engine had its heads milled and is in good running condition, total hours unknown. The previous owner had the bottom replaced with a no-soak, West system bottom. Trailer included, but has been used for local transport only.

Original owner Super Sport and picked up new at the Cadillac production plant. Freshwater use only and always kept indoors in the off season. Only 61 original hours and she is in very nice preserved condition. She is sold complete with a matching 1967 Tee Nee tandem axle trailer.

One of only 125 21' Super Sport models built between 1964 and 1967. This 1965 model bears hull ID CUD-21-0020 making her the 20th Super Sport out of 40 built in 1965. All original wood from the waterline-up, fully stripped and refinished in 2021. The original Chris Craft 327cid, 210hp V8 has only 480 hours since new and runs excellent. The interior was meticulously matched using SMS materials and re-upholstered as original. A brand new, no-soak 5200 bottom has just been installed as well. Chrome, gauges, and all other aspects in very nice condition. She is complete with a custom trailer and ready to enjoy this season! Trailering cover and mooring cover also included.

Designed by Douglas Van Patten and built by Greavette Boats of Gravenhurst, ON, the Streamliner was an attractive and quick hard-chined planing design; a blend of modern bottom design and traditional styling. This 22 footer was custom ordered with the curved windshield and soft top option, which is believed to have only been used on 4 boats. Many Streamliners were equipped with an S-Cockpit design with a 2/3 front bench seat, while this example was fitted with a split front seat with a walkthrough, which is quite versatile. The current owner purchased the boat around 2006 and had the varnish refreshed as well as new interior upholstery and chrome. The original Buchanan engine ran well and the boat has been in inside storage for the last 8 years. The traditional bottom still appears to be in fair condition with some time left on the clock before requiring attention. Kept in the Muskoka region for her entire life.

This 18’ Chris-Craft Deluxe Utility is registered as a 1942 model year and is in excellent condition and complete with trailer. This boat went through a restoration in 2010 that included a new no-soak 5200 bottom, the decking and upholstery were replaced, and the interior planking stripped and finished. This boat is powered by the original “K” engine (95 HP) and transmission. The engine was completely rebuilt in 2020 by Bo’s Engine Shop in Greensboro, NC, and installed in 2021 by Gary Lowell of Lowell Boats in Greensboro. The electrical system was changed to 12v. She includes a wood-framed ventilating windshield that push open or closed for breezes. A snap on canvas top for shade was added during 2010 restoration. In 2020, the boat went through a limited restoration update by professional restorers, Lowell Boats, in Greensboro, NC. This 1948 Century Resorter has had a full restoration done to her not too long ago (approximately 3 years) and has only had just a hand full hours since. The boat was given a new 5200 bottom, new sides and decks along with a new transom. Completely re wired, gauges have been restored, all the hardware has been re chromed along with all new upholstery, full water line mooring cover, Gray Marine "Phantom Six 125hp" dual carb engine has been completely rebuilt and she is sitting on a Ryan trailer that was built specifically to the boat. The boat is ready to take her new captain & crew out for an adventures.

For Sale 1955, 18ft Chris Craft Holiday H-18-091. The boat was restored in 2015 (2011-2015). Restoration included replacement of a bottom planks, refastening of existing bottom planks. Damaged ribs were replaced with White Oak, and hull with Mahogany. Gas Tank was dipped and cleaned. The upholstery, seat frames and floorboards are all new. The motor was replaced with a 260 HP MerCruiser, new transmission and drive shaft. The instruments have been replaced to fit the new engine. Extras include the original gear driven tachometer and oil gage. Deck hardware is all original. The bottom swells up tight and is very trustworthy. This boat was last in the water in summer of 2020 and was in the whole season.

Purchased new from Mercer Bros. Marine in nearby in Morristown, NY in 1958, this Continental began life as a patrol boat on the St. Lawrence River for the Ogdensburg (NY) Police Department. The OPD only used her for a few years before selling her back to the the Mercers. They began a restoration but never finished. The boat had been disassembled and "police" markings removed, then stuck in a shed on the property for the next 25 years until we acquired her at auction. I completed that restoration and it enjoys a very coddled life now in a Thousand Islands boathouse of ours where we use it anytime weather permits. She a good, solid user Continental with a smooth-running MBL 158 HP engine. Nothing is needed to enjoy this boat but a new owner and water.

The boat started out as a 1966 Coronado - 21' footer. It has now been "stretched" to a 23' footer. The "no soak" 5200 bottom, hull-sides and decks are all new. The Chrysler 440 has been completely rebuilt. The very attractive "one year only" original blue interior is new. The carpet, gauges, fuel tank, ladder and stern pole are all "as-new." The chrome hardware is all there and shiny. The tandem trailer has new bunks, tires, brakes, lights, etc. It fits the boat perfectly. The boat runs out very smoothly now that it is two feet longer. Cruise in comfort and elegance on your own 28 ft Chris Craft Sea Skiff. Raised on these classic lapstrake runabouts on Cape Cod in the 60s I was lucky enough to find one locally about 10 years ago here on Lake Champlain. At that time I had some delayed maintenance done by Snake Mountain Boatworks in Weybridge, VT and have done most annual repairs and painting myself since then. Upholstery upgrades over the years and all new canvas in 2018 (including a custom backdrop) make for warm and comfortable fall foliage lake tours. This boat is not in perfect condition but has been well-cared for and very dependable. Includes an all aluminum Load Rite trailer. Always in fresh water. Currently the boat is stored in our barn and has been out of the water for two years.

This 1942 18’ Chris Craft Deluxe Utility was one of the last peacetime boats delivered; sent to Bennett Boat Company in New York six weeks before Pearl Harbor, and was registered as a 1942 model year. The 18’ Deluxe Utility ran for three model years, from 1940 to 1942 and 408 hulls were built. Less than 10% of the hulls were built with the unique wood frame windshield. I have only been able to document 5 surviving 18’ models with the wood framed windows so this example is somewhat special. This boat went through a complete restoration in 2010 by a well-known classic boat restorer that included a new, no-soak 5200 bottom, a new stainless fuel tank, electrical system changed to 12v, the gauges rebuilt, the decking was replaced, the upholstery was replaced and the interior planking stripped and finished. She is powered by her original “K” engine (95 HP) and transmission as delivered in October of 1941. The engine was rebuilt as part of the 2010 restoration. The unique feature of this model is the ventilating windshield. Most boats have solid windshields to keep you out of the wind, but occasionally it is nice to have a breeze. The front windows push open as much or as little as desired. A snap on top was added at restoration to add shade or keep you dry in a sudden rainfall. In 2019 through 2021 the boat went through a restoration update by another professional restorer in Idaho. Work included building a new transom with new matching wood, stripping and taking all side planking down to bare wood, new wood fit into plank gaps and filled with West System epoxy, all new bronze fasteners, new splash rails, re-stained and finished with 7 coats of varnish plus new bottom paint. I have the restoration documentation. This boat is in excellent condition. She won Best Utility at the 2019 Payette Lake ACBS Boat Show and in 2020 was judged Best Pre-War Chris Craft Utility in the Chris Craft Antique Boat Club virtual boat show. She is complete with a custom waterline cover built in 2021, a restored period brass fire extinguisher and a custom-built dual axel Coastline trailer. "M'Lora" is a 1949 Grew Admiral built in Penetanguishene, Ontario, the second largest of the fleet of Grew boats built for recreation and cruising. Grew boats were well-built for rough water conditions and were Canada's answer to Lyman boats. She is true Utility in that you can walk around the engine box freely. The boat is very roomy and spacious and was built for heavy water in Georgian Bay and surrounding areas. She was purchased by her current owners in 1982 and restored over a period of 3 years for her first launching in 1986. She has taken many ACBS awards over the years and has been regularly maintained and used each year. She is complete with much documentation and has been well maintained. Her finished are in good condition currently and just in need of bottom paint at this time.

Purchased from her original owner a number of years ago, this Higgins Speedster went through a professional restoration in recent years. Very nice condition. All new paint, varnish, interior, and chrome. The varnished mahogany decks are a nice accent against her white and red hull. Complete with a nice single axle bunk trailer. This is a great opportunity to own a rare classic. Century built only 41 of these in 1966. It was purchased from Links Landing at the Lake of the Ozarks and I believe I'm the 2nd owner. It was definitely well cared for. The 66 Resorter came with a sliding top which can cover the drivers area, or can be slid back to cover the engine area. (see pictures)The engine is the legendary Buick 401 Nailhead which was chosen by the US Airforce to be the starter engine for the SR-71 super sonic spy plane. The bottom is in need of some repair on the keel towards the front. The interior is in good condition. I would give it a 8.5 out of 10. This boat is a true head turner. It also comes with a tandem axle trailer.

"Johnny Reb." It's a 1956 Higgins sportster, with a 292 Thunderbird Interceptor motor. We are the second family to own this boat. It was acquired by my father in 1973 from family friends. It was the boat that he learned to ski on as a kid and couldn't pass up the opportunity to own. My father did a full motor rebuild in 1981 and cared for all maintenance until 2015. He's getting up there in age and the boat has been in my possession ever since. I already have my own boat that I use for everything, and so the Reb has just been sitting in my garage for the last six years. I feel that it's time to let her go to a good family that would love to have a classic boat.
