Classic 1947-1954 Chris-Craft Utility / Sportsman, Hull ID U-22-460, is a mahogany plank hull and deck with a mahogany plywood bottom. The Utility style runabout features an open interior cockpit, front and rear seating and centered engine box. All seat cushions and engine box are covered in red vinyl and in good condition. Their open interior allows walking space and seating, perfect for boating with a gathering of good friends and family. The boat is structurally sound, with keel, floors, frames, stringers, knees and planking is in good condition and finish cosmetically in fair condition. Features: - Starboard helm with vintage instrumentation. - Windshield is a two-piece aluminum framed glass panels with tapered side panels. - Engine and instrument controls include single lever for throttle/shift control, vintage analog gauges (Tachometer, Oil Pressure, Temperature, Amps, Fuel.) all in good condition and serviceable. - Aluminum gas tank with 31 gallons capacity Overall, the vessel is in good structural condition. All visible interior floors, frames, stringers, and bulkheads show no signs of rot or separation. The interior and exterior is in fair condition and is in need of cosmetic refinishing. The engine and transmission are in good condition but needs maintenance and repair to run and be serviceable. Priced accordingly. Purchased in Michigan in 1988 and transported to Lusby Md where she can be seen. .
