Fitted with Twin Detroit Diesels 16cV71V's (30 knots) Built at Philadelphia Naval Shipyard in 1939. A rare piece of history with Substantial Documentation and Records included in sale. According to historical experts, there are only 12 remaining PT Boats in the World. This boat was one of a few Navy Prototype boats. This boat was in service during WW2. This is the only known Aluminum hulled P.T. Boat in existence. Lengthy Documentation. Appraised at $3.75 Million in 2009 by 46 year Naval Expert.
